Good morning!

I hope everyone had a terrific Easter break! :) Please check below for your daily tasks and please remember to check your homeroom teacher's page daily for Science and Social Studies lessons.

In my lesson videos, I've always given the students an independent task to complete at the end of the video. They will still be given those tasks to try on their own. Beginning this week, at the end of some videos (not all), I will ask for parents to send me a picture of the completed independent work by taking a picture with a cell phone and sending it to me through email or text (you can text my google voice number). This will allow me to check for their understanding of the skills taught in the lesson and help guide future posts. For future, it will also be a way for me to grade their work.

Hi everyone,

I sent each family an email containing daily lesson requirements as well as some logins for websites on my links and resources tab. These links and resources are extra practice material and do not need to be used daily. If there is something specific from any of the sites I would like your child to do, I will include that in a daily lesson post.

Raz-Kids Tutorial

Hi everyone! I've provided a video tutorial on how to access the educational site raz-kids. It's one of the links in my links & resources tab but occasionally I will ask your child to access the site, read a story and take a quiz as their lesson for the day. I will specifically address that that's what the days lesson will be and provide the link. You're child is welcome to access the site at any time for additional reading practice. :)  teacher username: bweaver17 click your child's first inital and W password: their picture icon.....do NOT click BW like I did in the video..that was only for demonstration purposes. Your child will click on their specific initial. If you need the picture icon please contact me and let me know. :)
